Maria is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a graduate of the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program at American University. As a Coach, Maria serves as a partner and energy source for self-awareness, new perspectives, and forward motion. She works with clients on clarifying goals, expanding communication skills, strengthening relationships, living with intention, and exploring choice.  

Maria is passionate about working with mid-career leaders that are feeling stuck and ready to level-up, new managers looking to strengthen their leadership presence, and established leaders embarking on significant transition.  Maria is certified in DiSC, 12 Driving Forces, and Emotional Quotient (EQ) leadership assessments and ultimately believes that any assessment that expands self-awareness and actionable insights is a good one.

She comes to coaching with 20+ years of experience in advertising, experiential marketing, brand strategy and most currently as Project Director at Brand Intersection Group working with emerging and high growth brands such as Shake Shack, Waterloo, Super Coffee, Hu, and SoulCycle.

Maria lives with her husband, two children, and rescue pups in Buffalo, NY.
