Meg’s perspective on leadership coaching is informed by her experience as co-founder of the strategy consultancy Brand Intersection Group, as well as her professional experience in television production, sales & promotion, finance, and operations. Meg is committed to helping leaders to grow by increasing their self-awareness, communication skills, and capacity for building healthy and lasting relationships.

A believer in lifelong learning, Meg relishes opportunities to train and develop teams to increase organizational health and leadership capacity. She is particularly energized to help emerging leaders find their voice, make actionable shifts, and become fully empowered. Meg believes that regardless of organizational position, every person has the ability to be a great leader, and can influence and inspire others when they make moves to “lead from where they are.” She encourages clients to pick up their true pen and write their own stories.

Meg is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a graduate of the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program at American University. Meg is a fifth generation Washingtonian, proud alumna of Colgate University, and has been happily married for over 30 years. She loves being on a sailboat with a tiller in her hand, walking a beach, or sitting around a crowded and loud dinner table.
