Maureen ahern
Maureen is an ICF executive leadership coach with a certification from Georgetown University’s Transformational Leadership Institute. Her 30+ years as a global corporate leader and a business operator in tech, financial services and E-Comm give her insight into her client’s world and their challenges.
She was an Adjunct Professor of Communications teaching Interpersonal Skills and Public Speaking at UCONN for 15 years. She coaches her clients to communicate more effectively and powerfully so they can connect, influence, and empower others while getting what they want and need to succeed. She coaches C Suite and emerging leaders and has a sweet spot for leaders transitioning up to a new level or looking for “what’s next?” A longtime CEO client calls her “tough but loving!” Another says she’s “carbonated zen.” Maureen’s goal is to help a leader generate the magic where awareness and action combine to create real change that lets them live a more balanced, successful life at work and at home.
She lives in Cos Cob, CT with her husband, three adult children and her black lab, Nino. She enjoys yoga, walking daily at the beach and enjoying a cold glass of wine with friends after a long, fulfilling day coaching her clients!!
